All orders are shipped within three working days from date payment is received and all orders are estimated to be delivered fully within 10 working days depending on your location in Australia.
if you have not received your order in this time frame, notify us by e mail firstname.lastname@example.org for prompt assistance.
Each item has its own shipping cost which is displayed upon checkout before you enter any payment details.
Earlibird ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us at email@example.com to enquire about a special order.
If your item is faulty upon receiving or is not as described, item may be returned or refunded but must be received by Earlibird within 21 days from date of order. If item is missing parts, the necessary parts will be shipped to customer within our standard delivery times. Earlibird will pay any delivery costs where products are faulty or not as described.
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice, we will provide you with a credit within 14 days of purchase for unopened products - this does not include delivery costs.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on Earlibird.com.au are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In an event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, back order or full refund.
